Who can become a member of the lifecell PLATINUM Club?
Individual subscribers of lifecell LLC who:
1) ported their number to the lifecell network (https://mnp.lifecell.ua/uk/). The status of a loyalty program participant is granted for 90 days from the moment of payment of the service package for 4 weeks / 30 days, respectively, during the first 30 days from the date of number portability;
2) are serviced under the terms of the following tariff plans: Lifehack PLATINUM, PLATINUM 2019, PLATINUM, PLATINUM Contract, PLATINUM Life 2020, PLATINUM Life. Region 2020, PLATINUM Life (https://www.lifecell.ua/uk/mobilnij-zvyazok/taryfy/platinum-life-2021/) subject to payment of the service package for 4 weeks / 30 days, respectively;
3) who received access to the loyalty program within the PLATINUM service (https://platinum.lifecell.ua/#platinum-gift). The status of a member of the loyalty program is granted for 365 days.

Possible reasons: - you have not paid for the service package within your tariff plan (Lifehack PLATINUM, "PLATINUM 2019, PLATINUM, PLATINUM Contract, PLATINUM Life 2020, PLATINUM Life. Region 2020, PLATINUM Life) - you ported the number to lifecell and 90 days have already passed since the first payment of the service package - you have activated the PLATINUM service and the validity period of the service package has expired.
How to order or deactivate the PLATINUM service?
To order, click the "Become a member" button here on the site or dial *801#.
To deactivate the service, dial *801# and follow the instructions or call the lifecell contact center at 5433.
How to use the offer from the lifecell PLATINUM Club?
Select an offer, click "Details", then click "Get". You will need to log in if you are not already logged in. After authorization, click "Continue" and you will receive an SMS with a promotional code.
Where can I find the detailed information about club events?
How do I find out that I have received PLATINUM privileges?
You will receive an SMS with information that someone wants to give you PLATINUM privileges and instructions for your actions: send the number "1" for consent. If within three days from the day of receiving such an SMS, you have not sent the number 1 - the request for the gift of privileges will be canceled. You can always check the PLATINUM status by dialing *801#.
