Who can become a member of the lifecell PLATINUM Club?

Individual subscribers of LLC lifecell who:

Port their number to the lifecell network. The PLATINUM Club member status is granted for 90 days from the moment of payment for a service package for 4 weeks, within the first 30 days from the date of number portability;

Served under the conditions of the following tariff plans: PLATINUM Life, PLATINU Life Roaming, MEGA, Mega Roaming provided that the cost of the 4-week service package is paid;

Those who have gained access to the club within the PLATINUM service. PLATINUM status is granted for 365 days.

What to do if I have a question about the club?

Call 5433 (free for lifecell subscribers).

How to check if I have PLATINUM status?

Dial *801#

Why am I no longer the PLATINUM Club member?

To find out the exact reason, we recommend calling the lifecell contact center.

Possible reasons:

You have not paid for the service package within your tariff plan (PLATINUM Life, PLATINU Life Roaming, MEGA, Mega Roaming ).

You ported your number to lifecell and 90 days have passed since the first payment of the service package.

You were gifted the PLATINUM service, and the service package has expired.

How to activate/deactivate the PLATINUM service?

You can activate it by following the link or dial *801#.

To deactivate, dial *801# and follow the instructions, or contact the lifecell contact center at 5433.

How to use the offer?

Select the offer, click "Details," then click "Get." If you're not logged in, log in and then click "Continue." You will receive an SMS with a promo code.

Where to find detailed information about club events?

In the club's Telegram channel. Join it via the link.

How to know if you've received PLATINUM status?

You will receive an SMS with information that someone wants to gift you PLATINUM privileges and instructions on how to proceed: send the number "1" to confirm. If you don't send the number "1" within three days of receiving the SMS, the request for privileges will be cancelled. You can always check your PLATINUM status by dialing *801#.
